When was this photo taken?

A similar photo in the University of Washington Library collection appears to have been taken from a short distance back and to the right of this one but, unfortunately, is not dated. However, another UW Library photo, dated July 4, 1914, shows the Spaeth house alongside several houses not in this photo thus dating it to sometime before July 4, 1914.
